Angela is a Senior Research Programme Manager and joined the team in 2024. In this role she oversees the daily operational and business management of the NIHR HRC in Diagnostic and Technology Evaluation, managing a diverse portfolio of translational medical research projects and supporting the strategic delivery of the HRC’s national mission to accelerate the development, evaluation, and adoption of innovative diagnostics and health technologies. Angela has a longstanding scientific background in genetics and rare disease projects; as well as managing research projects across multidisciplinary teams.
