Using the NIHR brand appropriately
In April 2026 the NIHR refreshed its branding. Here we share the key changes, new templates and further resources.
Key changes
*Logo: NIHR HealthTech Research Centres have been given one logo for all 14 HRCs – this replaces our individual logos
*Text descriptor: This can be used to highlight our specialism
*Font: Archia and Inclusive Sans can be used in Google products and other platforms while Arial should be used in Microsoft packages and when these other fonts are unavailable
*Colour palette: This has changed slightly to improve accessibility
